How fast will I get a reply?
Usually within 48 hours. Menua, the founder, reads and answers every message himself, from Yerevan (UTC+4). You can write in English or Armenian.
How do I get a refund for Munu Pro?
You can ask for a full refund of your first Munu plan payment within 14 days, and you do not need to give a reason. Write from the email you used to buy, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. In the EU or the UK you can also withdraw from the contract on the Munu refund policy page, which has the full rules.
Munu will not install or does not hear me. What should I send?
Say whether you use Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) or an Apple silicon Mac, which Munu version you have, and what you saw on screen. The Munu troubleshooting guide fixes the most common sound, wake word and install problems first.
How do I delete my GlowAI account and data?
You can delete your account inside the GlowAI app, and the GlowAI account deletion page explains every step and what gets removed. If something does not work, write to us from the email on your account.
Where do I report a DockTerm bug?
DockTerm is open source, so the fastest route is an issue on its GitHub repository. Email works too. Include your operating system and the DockTerm version.
