Prices are in US dollars. Local taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added at checkout where the law requires it, and the checkout shows the final amount before you pay.
What Munu Pro includes
- The whole app: voice, memory in your own Markdown notes, and hand control.
- A monthly amount of included AI use for thinking, hearing and speaking. It resets each month.
- When the included use runs out, you can wait for the reset or connect your own OpenRouter account. There are no top-ups to buy.
- Updates to Munu while your plan runs.
What you need
- Windows 10 or 11 on a 64-bit PC, or macOS 15 or newer on a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or newer)
- An internet connection
- An email address, to sign in with a code
- A microphone and speakers or headphones, for voice
- About 1 GB of free disk space
- You must be 18 or older to buy Munu Pro.
How buying works
- Start with the free trial. Sign in inside the app with your email. Munu sends you an 8-digit code. There is no password and no card.
- Upgrade from the app. Open Settings, then Account, and click Upgrade to Munu Pro. The checkout opens in your browser.
- Manage or cancel any time. Settings, then Account, has Manage subscription and Cancel subscription. Each opens the payment page in your browser.
Who takes the payment
Our payment partner Paddle sells Munu Pro to you as the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, handles taxes, and sends your receipt. Your card details go to Paddle and never reach Moon Labs. Read the Paddle buyer terms (opens in a new tab).
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. We refund any charge within 14 days, see the refund policy.

Questions about pricing
How much does Munu cost?
- The first 7 days are free, with no card. After that, Munu Pro is $12 a month or $99 a year. A founding plan at $79 a year is open to the first 100 customers and has no free trial. Prices are in US dollars, and tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
What happens when the free trial ends?
- The trial ends after 7 days, or sooner if you use up its included AI use. Munu then tells you that the trial has ended and offers Munu Pro. Your notes stay in your folder either way, because they are ordinary files on your computer.
What does Munu Pro include?
- The whole app plus a monthly amount of included AI use, voice too, that resets each month. There are no top-ups. If you run out before the reset, you can wait, or connect your own OpenRouter account and pay OpenRouter directly for what you use.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
- Yes. You can cancel any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. You can ask for a full refund of any Munu Pro charge within 14 days of the payment, no reason needed. Paddle, our payment partner, handles the payment and the refund.
Do I need an OpenRouter or Deepgram account?
- No. The free trial and Munu Pro include the AI use, so there is nothing else to sign up for. Connecting your own OpenRouter account, or your own Deepgram key for voice, is optional.
How old do I need to be?
- You must be 18 or older to use Munu.
