Munu Terms of Service

1. Age

You must be 18 or older to use Munu.

2. Trial and plans

Munu has a free trial of 7 days with a limited amount of AI use, one per device and per email inbox. Munu Pro is sold as a subscription: $12 per month, $99 per year, or the $79 per year founding price for the first 100 customers. Current prices are on the pricing page.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal and we tell you before it takes effect.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. Paddle's checkout buyer terms (opens in a new tab) apply to the sale. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

4. Included AI use

Munu Pro includes a monthly amount of AI assistant use. It resets each month, does not carry over, has no cash value, and can only be used inside the Munu app.

5. Third-party AI services

Munu uses third-party AI services, including OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to. By using Munu you agree to use them only through Munu and only as allowed by these terms, OpenRouter's terms (openrouter.ai/terms) and the terms of each model provider that Munu uses.

6. Connected apps

Munu can connect to your apps (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, GitHub and Slack) through Composio (composio.dev), a separate third-party service. You use Composio under your own Composio account and its terms and privacy policy, not ours. Composio and the apps you connect see the requests Munu makes for you and the data in those apps, and what Munu reads from them is sent to the AI models Munu uses. You are responsible for what you ask Munu to do in your apps. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

7. Credentials and acceptable use

You may not extract, copy, share or use any access credential that Munu stores on your device, or use Munu to give anyone else access to AI models. You may not use Munu to break the law, to harm others, or to break the rules of the services it connects to.

8. Suspension

We may suspend AI features if a model provider or OpenRouter requires it, or if your use breaks these terms. If we end your plan for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the current period.

9. Our software

Munu is licensed to you, not sold. You may install and use it on your own devices for your own use while these terms apply. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this despite this clause. Parts of Munu use open source software under their own licenses.

10. Warranty and liability

Munu uses AI, which can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially before Munu sends a message, changes a file or acts in one of your apps. Munu is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not let us limit.

11. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the country where you live.
