GlowAI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to GlowAI. These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Munetic regarding your use of the GlowAI mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using GlowAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

GlowAI is a facial-measurement app for cosmetic and entertainment purposes. It analyzes selfies you capture and produces facial-harmony and attractiveness-style scores, tier and archetype labels, and a personalized "glow-up" plan. It also includes an AI Coach and routine builder spanning skincare, hair, grooming, fitness, nutrition, sleep and related wellness, plus optional product suggestions.

Photos are analyzed with the help of Google Gemini over secure HTTPS channels, your scan history is stored encrypted in your account, and you can delete individual scans or the whole account at any time.

Important: scores, tiers and labels are subjective, AI-generated estimates for entertainment only. They are not a measure of your worth, and they are not medical diagnoses or professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for any health or skin concern.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlowAI. We ask your age during sign-up and block accounts under 13, but we do not formally verify age or identity. If you are under 18, use GlowAI only with a parent or guardian's permission.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials confidential, and to hold one account per person.

4. Acceptable use

You may upload your own facial images for analysis, view and track your results, and use the coaching and educational content the app provides. You may not upload images of another person without their consent, submit unlawful or inappropriate content, attempt to break or probe the Service's security, use bots or automated tools against it, use it commercially without authorization, or use it in violation of applicable law.

5. Free features, credits and purchases

GlowAI is free to download. The first scan, the harmony score and a guided look at your top fixable measurements cost nothing. Scans consume credits; a failed analysis never consumes one, and free credits are subject to fair-use and daily limits that exist to prevent abuse. Free credits have no cash value.

Some features, such as coach memory and routine planning, are paid, and additional credits may be offered for purchase. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their billing terms, with the price shown before you confirm. Refunds for store purchases follow the refund policies of the store you bought through; where those policies leave the decision to the developer, we handle requests case by case at munetic.studio@gmail.com.

6. Medical disclaimer

GlowAI is not a medical device or a medical service. It does not diagnose conditions, does not provide professional medical advice, and does not recommend treatment. Use its results for educational and entertainment purposes, and consult a healthcare professional for any medical or skin concern rather than relying on an app's analysis.

7. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your data, including your photos, is described in the GlowAI Privacy Policy. In short: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, face data goes only to the AI provider that analyzes it, and you can export or delete everything yourself.

8. AI-generated content and accuracy

GlowAI uses third-party artificial intelligence (currently Google Gemini) to analyze your photos and generate scores, descriptions, coach responses, routines, and product suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and aesthetic scores and tiers are subjective estimates for entertainment, not facts and not a judgment of your worth. Do not rely on GlowAI for medical, health, dietary, fitness, or other professional decisions.

9. Your content and license

You keep ownership of the photos and content you submit. You confirm the photos are of yourself (or that you have the necessary permission) and grant Munetic a limited, revocable license to process, transmit (including to our AI provider), and store that content solely to provide GlowAI's features to you. We do not use your face images to train AI models or for advertising. When you delete a scan or your account, the associated content is deleted from our systems.

10. Intellectual property

GlowAI, including its software, design, models, and content (excluding your own content), is owned by Munetic and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

11. Affiliate disclosure

Some product suggestions contain affiliate links (including the Amazon Associates program). If you buy through these links, Munetic may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Suggestions are not paid endorsements and do not change the price you pay.

12. Third-party services and app stores

GlowAI relies on third-party services (such as Google Gemini and Google Firebase) governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use is also subject to those stores' terms. On iOS, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them, and Apple is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it.

13. Account termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile, then Privacy & Security, then Delete Account. Deletion is immediate on confirmation, all your data is permanently erased, and the action cannot be undone. The account deletion page walks through it.

We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, abuse, or to protect the Service, with notice where practicable. Data belonging to a terminated account is deleted on the same schedule as a voluntary deletion. Store purchases on a terminated account remain governed by the store's refund policy; nothing extra is owed for access removed because of a violation.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Analysis may be inaccurate, the Service requires an internet connection, it may not work on every device, and it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munetic's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Munetic for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute; legal proceedings must be brought in the competent courts of Armenia.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Munetic about the Service. You may not assign these Terms; Munetic may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of GlowAI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
